Oh God...

music: Stevie Wonder-You are the sunshine of my life Mood: blank

i feel blank now, more to scared actually. i want to talk about my weight again and it's scaring me all over again.

3 weeks ago, i weighted at the clinic and asked the nurse whether the weighing machine is functioning properly (then she replied me saying tht most people don't seem to have any problems with the results).

2 weeks ago, i weighted myself in my room and barf at the figure that stared back at me. i kicked the weighing machine several times, tuned it and then stepped on it again. the same double digits swirled to a stop.

1 week ago, i weighted at the exercise equipment store on an electronic weighing machine AFTER dinner and there they were again, the nightmare-ish numbers.

37kg.
and 37.6kg after dinner.

what the hell is wrong with me?????

i've stumbled into some pro-ana and mia blogrings yesterday and that rotten feeling came back to me....again. Do u know how does it feel when you read pro-ana and pro-mia blog entries for 30 mins? Ghastly. absolutely horrific. All blogs have several common themes: Nicole Ritchie/Lindsay Lohan/ Mary-kate Olsen/ Keira knightly were their ultimate thinspiration (that's the common word found among the blogs); nearly all of them weight less than 110lbs and still equally thinks that they are OVERWEIGHT; most consume only a meal a day and felt really proud of it.

the longer i read these entries, the more i'm feeling scared, and the more i will come to think that i'm part of this world as well, which i absolutely have no intention of joining in. these girls DO crave for normal food (chocolate, ice cream, popcorn,pasta...) AND a will to stop themselves from consuming it. even if they eat it, they will definitely plurge it out, several times a day.

God, minus the plurging part (i've stopped that 2 or 3 months ago), i'm like, what, 99% in this situation! every morning when i look myself into the mirror, still undress, i swear my upper body look exactly like the thinspiration pictures posted in those nutty blogs. Is a 21 inch waist normal?? is it normal when counting chest and rib bones were actually easy?? is having a gollum-like back normal?? is it normal to just eat veges; vermicilli, soup-based food and fruits, nothing other than that continuously for a year?? is it normal to feel scared to let other people know what you have been eating lately?? is not visiting a fast food restaurant for a year normal?? is it normal to be glad when someone commented on your skeletonial figure?? is it normal to think that all of this is normal????

Oh God. i'm insane. i have an eating disorder.i'm anorexic!!

i wish to eat normally. i wish to have meals with my friends. i wish to eat those burgers and pizzas that i've been craving for so long. i wish my breasts would come back.i wish to wear my halter tops once again. i wish to finish that plate of fried rice, fried kuieh tiow, nasi pattaya, fried chicken that is on another person's table. How i wish.

someone please let me know when would that be....

End of TV series

Music: Brandy- Sitting up in my room Mood: relaxed...so far

Ahhh...finally the ever-anticipated action-packed, emotion-filled, comedic tv series that got the male species all over the world craving for more, is finally over~~
sometimes i really think that it's a little ridiculous why people would put in so much effort for a mere ball game (like, y isn't this happening in tennis or bicycle racing or taekwondo~:P), but i do admit that i enjoyed watching 22 giants chasing, fighting and falling over for a little rubber ball in 2, sometimes 3 hours' time.
so much to mention about the month-long competition, few of the amusing things that i have found out was that,
1) Ronaldo actually weighted at a whooping 97kg

2) Beckham finally resigned as England team's captain after holding on for 6 years

3) born in 1 April, 1983, France's Iraq-ish looking Franck Ribery is only as old as Shao Pin

4) the game between Brazil and Ghana looks freaking Brokeback

5)Roberto Carlos is only 167cm

6) expert lip- readers revealed that Materazzi has said, "We all know that your mother is a terrorist bich" to Zidane, while in chinese newspapers, "你是意大利養出來的一隻忘恩負義的狗", which sent Zidane off the field after a headbutt.

7) i'll just put this in anyway...Victoria Beckham brought along 60 pairs of sunglasses from England.

8) Golden Ball 2006: Zinedine Zidane (followed closely by Cannavaro and Pirlo)

Golden Boot 2006: Germany's Miroslav Klose with 5 goals (Bah..Ronaldo scored 8 goals in 2002)

Best Goalkeeper: Italy's Gianluigi Buffon

Most entertaining team: Portugal

Best young player: Germany's Lukas Podolski who scored 3 goals throughout the match. (and he's only 21..damn)

And my conclusion? i would always choose pasta over french fries :D

It's all about the monay

Music: some song by Jay Chow(sigh.. i'm in Irelax now) Mood: waiting for the next soccer match

u can do anything with richness. Really, ANYTHING. Look, even Paris Hilton is releasing her album and Nicole Ritchie is following suit just to annoy her.

i so happened to surf into channel V the other day and saw Hilton's latest video "Stars are blind". (ahh...finally she've looked for a director and got herself a real music video and not some homemade ones heh~) Her image? A slut/bitch/whore or whatever word u can think of, i'm short of synonyms here. If u have seen Britney Spears' "don't let me be the last to know" video, u'll totally get what i mean, only this is much worst than that- I know it's sexy to play with ur hair to portray ur 'ke-sexy-ian', but...for the entire video? i'm feeling nauseautic here just recalling it. Lotsa upskirts and rolling in the sea with another hunk and that's all folks, that's all about the content of a bimbo-dumb blonde music video.

Heard that's she's doing a cover version of Rod Stewart's "Da Ya Think I'm Sexy?". hmm, close to her sex symbol image but i think it's even better if she'd make a cover of Meredith Brooks' "Bitch", she can just save time and costs of making another music video since " one night in Paris" would be a good idea.

" I have always had a voice and always known I could sing, but I was too shy to let it come out. I think that is the hardest thing you can do, to sing in front of people. When I finally let go and did it, I realized it is what I am most talented at and what I love to do the most," ~ Hotel Heiress Bimbo Hilton.

Too shy to let it come out? ahh.. maybe the producers allowed her to be drunk during the recording process so she'll have it all out. And, she's written lyrics to 7 of her songs. That's IT. i'm refering to my title once again~money IS everything. Period. i'll see what she can do if Hollywood stop feeding her; hey, she might upload another home video! ^^

I'm a bitch, I'm a lover, I'm a child, I'm a mother,I'm a sinner, I'm a saint,I do not feel ashamed~ "Bitch" by Meredith Brooks

proud malaysian winners!

music: none mood: somewhat happy

congratulations to penny tai and lin yu zhong for bagging best composer and best new comer in last night's 第十七届金曲奖 in Taipei! i'm extremely excited and satisfied with the results where David Tao's 《太平盛世》is being recognized as the best album; whereas Leehom is the best male artist of the year. Performers of the night include Eason Chan, Stefani Sun, Ah Mei, Jacky Cheung, Zhang Zheng Yue, Mc HotDog, Se7en, Vaness of F4, 安七炫...etc. Anyway all of them were mesmerizing except for Stefani Sun~ i don't understand why they would choose her to perform with Eason, she was nervous, she sang out of tune, her voice was pitchy and she forgot her lyrics! Man, talk about a show wrecker. although i'm a little dissappointed David wasn't there to collect his statue, but i'm glad the the award of the night goes to him.

best composer: Penny Tai 《爱疯了》;she even predicted that she would come back empyty handed 2 days before the awards night!

Best new comer: Lin Yu Zhong, here with Lee Zhi qing after arriving at KLIA

the vulgar mennequin

Music: Chen Qi Zhen- no way to cure my arrogance Mood: to eat or not to eat??

Here’s another day at MP, E Base is having another sale so we just strolled in for a quick look around. Anyway I never fail to end up empty handed after trying on clothes tht I actually like :P

Oh yes, I spotted this amusing mannequin on my way out~~

a tiny bit of luck

Music: something by Do As Infinity Mood: not tired yet

well I’ve been longing to update my blog for a long long time, but the freaking virus has been in my way from properly accessing IE, so I’ve been using Opera for that time being and then only I understand y it’s not popular among most ppl here, since it can’t really access some sites properly, including Blogspot, where it couldn’t process some programming tools/buttons (which is essential for a dumb head like me -___-).

Now I’m back home with my life support (which obviously is my pc hehe~), considering tht I’m going to be a couch potato for 3 weeks, I definitely need some time to arrange my left-out-for-more-than-a-month thoughts. To whatever name u r named after, I thank monsieur virus again for dropping by to ruin my perfect plan of updating my blog at least twice a week.

I think this happened during end of April~

We went shopping in Tesco as usual. Normally I wouldn’t look for fruits there for the fact tht most of them r in a devastating state, not even fit for displaying. Well something just got up to me that made me choose several fine-looking apples, including a really really huge and pretty one~

Okay folks look here, 3 apples. Normal eh?

Here’s a close up. RM0.99. FOR THREE APPLES. I’m dead sure tht the pricing board stated RM0.99 for an apple~~ Was that my luck or what??? :D

The beautiful big apple that worth like, *takes out the calculator and punch 0.99/3* RM0.33?? ^.^

Battle of the Bands: the long long long long long long nite

Music: none Mood: still burdened

If an hour equals to a 'long' word, then that should be 6 'long' words altogether. It's the Battle of the Band competition again, draggy as usual, this time i survived from 8.30pm till 2.30am at the battlefield.

welcome~welcome~

Band 1: singing 'yellow' out of tune is permissible since they've known me as 'the Afroman' mwahahaha...

Band 2: Threshold of Pain
~ screaming 1 song is still FINE, screaming 2 songs altogether ruined the chance of a 'best drummer' award.

Band 3: Big winner of the nite~Soul Drift
~ best band, best original song, best vocalist, best bassist

check me out! i'm the best bassist! being funky is what we are best at!

Band 4: AhBoy
~the Indon Boys successfully made bob head+oversized jeans+ checkered boxers the trend of the year

Band 5: the only band with international students.too bad i couldn't get a better picture of that drummer with cool dreadlocks~

Band 6: 2nd prize winner~Temporary Havoc
~ i didn't know 'Zombie' is still a hit now =__= maybe the judges DOES like pussycatdolls

Band 7: Tyre Pancit
~the only band with a violinist. couldn't remember what exactly they played coz i was busy checking out that nerd-looking bassist..

all i need to do is to shake those specs off~~

Band 8: Freedom of Mia-- 3rd prize winner, best guitarist
~kononnya the brothers of Krong, is that what it takes to win them awards?

Band9: Candle Lite Dinner
~sigh..playing 2 steve vai numbers is not gonna work here..eugene, they need u there!

Band 10: 1 is bad enough, another 1 is a total redundant. anyway, i couldn't be bothered.

Band 11: Pg 165
~big winners last year with biggest crowd of supporters this year but were as quite as mice after prize giving ceremony.

Band 12: Ave
~the band with a i-got-too high-and-jumped-onto-the-amp-and-end-up-knocking-it-over-while-I-tumbled-down-along-bassist.

Band 13: i guess they were okay but no one seemed to care much since it's the final band competing at 1.30am =P

Guest Performers:

they were DA BOMB!! the 2-year instrumental funk band made a jaw dropping performance and left us wanting for more, it just gave me the urge to buy their album immediately.

Zack Kim-- Shao Pin's new God. how can he do that so effortlessly??what this Korean boy did was putting a grin on his face and tapped his guitar like a piano--just like that! the doraemon and SuperMario theme were unforgettable as well. heck, he is only a mere of 22 years old!

opening act of the night. with that long wavy mane, i guess the vocalist saved up quite alot on buying brooms.

after 10 attempts, i've finally given up to try catching a glimpse of his face.

I pity them for being the last guest performers at first, but kept that thought back after knowing that they were paid RM2K for playing just 3 songs~

and last but not least...

mwahahahahaa..!! 'nuff said.

The man who creates supermanS

Music: Bird-soul Mood:burdened

Reminds me of that Five for fighting song instantly where it goes something like , 'i can't stand to fly, i'm not that naive, men weren't meant to ride with clouds between their knees...it's not easy ,to be me~'

seriously, being a superhero isn't easy, especially when you are FORCED to be one=__= but alas, there ARE courses in my uni that exist to make superheroes, and to be more specific, supermans. Credit goes to the man behind whatever that seemed normal at first.. :drum rolls:

tada! surprise surprise..that would be our beloved man of steels of HRM: Mr. Mazuki Jusoh .(pardon me for putting up his full name here coz i really do like the sound of it, very mixed-blood :P)

okay, that brings us all the way back to the 1st sem in Delta year, where those who later regretting-ly do not choose to take Research will need to take 2 subjects as replacements,1 in 1st sem and the other in 3rd sem. so you see, there are 2 phases of torturement in the entire process to become a superman. the 1st sem subject seemed normal enough from the way it sound: Decision Making. so there's lots of theories as usual and an individual assignment... an individual assignment. oh do i just repeated that? pardon me , that is where we are made to be THE ONE in a painful way. maybe not all felt it but i'm certain it's 90 percent of the members in my class.

we are supposed to write a literature review based on at least eight journals. and what on earth would a 'literature review' be ? something like a book or music review like those appearing in Sunday the Star? heck. we weren't taught to walk yet but we r expected to fly like supermans.

i was pretty anxious at first, surfing for journals for the virgin time ( oh it means the first time ) from what i later found to be useful --the library's database, after paying thousands of RMs nearly for free for nearly 4 years, and the internet as well for about a month. we r also supposed to let the head man of steels approve our topics first before we can continue anything. i was one of the lucky ones to go through at 1st attempt, ,better luck than some who only got their's approved after 2nd or 3rd attempt.

i remembered i hadn't slept more than 5 hours during presentation week. 2 days before the presentation, i received the shock of my life-- ALL my journals turned out to be irrelevant as all of them were not empirical studies or whatsoever. hell, i went blank when i was told to this at the very last minute...all my efforts were useless afterall! even if i am some sort of wonderwoman i couldn't possibly get everything done within 2 days! then it came to me that i really have to fake up something to be excused from presenting on that day. so i managed to make myself look as pale as possible in the clinic to get an MC and to get pass Mr Mazuki ( actually i didn't fake much either because not sleeping properly for 1 week does contribute alot to my chalk-like face ). yet again, i'm lucky to get another 5 days to redo everything.

things went okay till presentation morning. my diskette couldn't be read by the freaking computer in CLC so i have to present during the next session.( i considered this lucky because i accidentally received extra time to prepare my slides nicely~) I guess lady luck wasn't with me in the evening because i nearly missed my presentation for oversleeping -_______-

oh well anyway, everything turned out fine in the end.

survivors as we are, some dropped the subject, some broke down, some grew insane, some commited suicide...(alright i made up the last bit~)...and that is the making of a superman--phase 1. huhu. and i really thought everything was over haha.

this sem i took the 2nd replacement subject Leadership with another phase 2 superhero training assignment--6 critique essays. if these are critiques about newspapers or magazine stories(which would be impposible), life would be a bed of roses and mazuki wouldn't be called mazuki for nothing.dude, why call superhero training assignments when it's not enduring enough??

first of all, journals come in first come first serve basis-- we can't choose journals that others had already choosen it earlier; secondly, all opinions must be based on other researches (we r talking about critiqing researches using other researches. dammit, no self-creations or some sort like
that); thirdly, we need to pass up all 6 essays on the presentation day itself and lastly, for the love of God, i'm the first presenter on the first day of presentation. 'nuff said.

at this stage, i kinda missed that freaking literature review assignment.

seriously, i do not know how i managed to finish up 6 essays within 6 days with additional 2 assignments+presentations and 2 midterms in a week. at least i'm not on my way to ICU...or
maybe i already AM a superhero by now?

hmm...i might be.

p.s: anyone who is interested to make this into a reality tv show or perhaps a movie are welcomed.

fun, no longer--my battle

music: core of soul-somebody loves you mood: lonely

it was fun at first, having to shed all those extra pounds and unsightly bulges. pretty and tight clothes, once again fit my body like a glove. that was what happened AT FIRST.

form 5 was the year where i heard all about self-induced vomitting, from a friend who does it for 'indigestion problems'. out of curiousity, i did it for the first time after one of my big meals. stucking two fingers into my throat was all i knew, it was difficult at first but after the feat of pushing it deeper and deeper into my throat, every bit of the meal came pouring out full blast from my mouth. i really never thought of continuing it again because it felt so horrible, but dear god...i actually got hooked to it. i dropped from 48kg to 45kg in two weeks' time, just to fit into that prom dress i borrowed from my small-framed cousin.

the urge to vomit stopped eventually when i reached Alpha since i'm living with so many housemates under a roof, it wouldn't have been a good sign if they heard me vomiting in the toilet for too many times. i controlled my food intake at first, but for no reason, i became lazy and so unbothered about the pounds i'm piling on slowly. i went onto binge eating, grabbing food within my sight, eating at every moment even though i don't feel hungry at all. i hated the mirror, the weighing machine and slim- bodied friends.

then it came back to me again. actually it didn't happened on purpose because it was caused by one of the bad ulcers around my mouth, so bad that i couldn't feel my food, that i can only finish half my food every single time, and that so happened to be during Chinese New Year. i became self conscious that i'm losing a little weight very slowly, then i was stucked right there.

i vomitted nearly every heavy meal that i had, counted calories of food and only crave for very low calorie ones. i couldn't get enough nutrients from my consumed food,i soon craved for laxatives for detoxifications. my clothes started getting baggier and baggier as my body became thinner and thinner. i get exhausion after climbing a few steps of stairs and felt like fainting when i stand too long.i'm weighing at 90 pounds, obviously too light for my height. i can feel the bones around my chest and back now, my colar bones painfully sticking out and my chest is getting smaller... the point is, i don't really cared about that! when people commented on how skinny i'm getting nowadays, i don't go as far as thinking it as a compliment BUT i never really bothered on gaining weight anymore. you want to know something even more idiotic? i can actually compare myself to other anorexic celebrities, whom i think isn't a nice sight at all. i don't understand myself anymore.

the stiff fact is, i'm suffering from eating disorder. yes, EATING DISORDER. from bullimia to binge eating to and bullimia again. i'm so scared to turn to anyone for proffesional help, i just want to stay thin and healthy, not thin and ill. i think my condition is improving now, at least i feel like eating some higher carbohidrate food than those i used to consume. it isn't easy AT ALL to fight this off since this just doesn't accumulate in a day. i need time, i just don't want to die so young.

i hope more people read what i've wrote here and i hope u guys can leave me some supporting comments~~

(oh yeah, i've found this really really weird phenomenon of pro-ana and pro-mia on the net where people, mostly young girls support eating disorders. here's a really sick site that i've found http://www.freewebs.com/ana__/wall.html. they actually teach people ways to hide ur food on a family outing, how to stop food cravings..etc. gross~)
